As a illustrator and landscaper, David Pintor becomes a captor of hilarious moments and situations. He is the visual interpreter of the literary talent of Carlos López. The pictures are made of precise and colorful lines. They were selected for the Sample of Illustrators of the International Children's Book Fair of Bologna 2011 and the Biennial of Illustration of Bratislava 2011.

Pinto & Chinto:

David Pintor and Carlos López began to collaborate as graphic humorists in 1993 and since then they have worked in several newspapers. Currently they publish a vignette of daily humor in La Voz de Galicia. Today they are the main reference of the political caricature in Galicia. Among his graphic humor awards stand out the Curuxa do Humor (Museum of Humor of Fene), the Haxtur (International Comic Fair of Oviedo) and the Hermés (City Council of Barakaldo). In 2001 they started working in children's literature and today, after more than 20 books, stand out among the most awarded authors and prolific from Galicia: Merlin Award, Raíña Lupa Award, Martín Sarmiento Award, Pura Prize and Dora Vázquez,selection at the Bologna International Fair (2007, 2010, 2011 and 2013), the International Biennial of Bratislava, and special jury prize at the Festival del Korean Children's Book Nami Island.
